In 2013, STIPIKO was rated 8th by the Ministry of Economy and Macedonian Government for implementing innovations in the wine industry.

She has certification as a CCI Coach, Advanced Trainer for Emotional Intelligence (BPC, EQAC, EQPC, SEI-360, CEQF, EQFIT), and EQ Educator from Six Seconds. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Kaizen, from Values Enablers Academy; Performance Management and Behavioral-based Management from the Institute for Leadership Excellence. Until April 2023, Nela was mentored by senior Performance Management trainer Richard McConnell. She is trained to become a Professional Certified Coach (PCC ICF).
