Program Overview

The Micro-Expressions & Body Language for Emotional Intelligence, training is designed to strengthen participants’ ability to understand what is communicated beyond words. Grounded in Emotional Intelligence, the program focuses on developing awareness, focus, and active observation skills that enable participants to read emotions, intentions, and unspoken messages more accurately.

Participants explore the five core channels of psychological communication and learn how micro-expressions and body language reveal authentic emotional responses. By linking these non-verbal signals with key Emotional Intelligence competencies—such as empathy and emotional awareness—the training helps participants communicate with greater clarity, credibility, and impact.
