Nela’s journey toward excellence in leadership was shaped from a young age. Growing up in a family where innovation, transformation, and progress were core values, her father, an innovator with over 70 patents in mechanical engineering, had the most significant influence on her. He would often ask her thought-provoking questions, such as, “What is the purpose of life?” These questions ignited Nela’s curiosity and passion for continuous exploration and self-improvement, laying the foundation for her future career. His legacy of creativity, innovation, and the pursuit of excellence instilled in Nela a lifelong commitment to progress and transformation. The spirit of innovation instilled in her by her father remains a driving force in both her professional and personal life.

Nela Joleska holds a BS in Management from the Faculty of Economics, University Sv. Kiril I Metodij, Macedonia. In May 2025, she graduated as a Certified Master Chief Coach (CCMC) from ITD World, validated by the International Federation for Coaching. In March, she graduated as an Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach at John Mattone Global. She is certified as a CCI Coach and an Advanced Facilitator for Emotional Intelligence (BPC, EQAC, EQPC, SEI-360, CEQF, Brain Profile, EQFIT), as well as an EQ Educator from Six Seconds. Additionally, she is pursuing an Executive MBA at Cotrugli Business School. Additionally, she has completed Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen training from Values Enablers Academy.

With over 1,800 hours of coaching, 750 hours of consultancy, and 50 keynote speeches, Nela works with executives, business owners, and managers worldwide. She combines 22 years of managerial experience and 15 years of entrepreneurship to help high-impact individuals and teams achieve their full potential.
