Education and Business Highlights:
With a strong educational background from IIM-B & BITS (Pilani), MK has diverse industry and global experience with TVS-SFL, Saint-Gobain, Jesons Corporation (China) & Grindwell Norton.
⮚ During his tenure at TVS Sundram Fasteners Ltd (SFL), Hosur, MK was trained under Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies by JIPM advisor Mr Sueo Yamaguchi, a renowned Japanese consultant on TPM. Under the guidance of Mr Yamaguchi, MK coordinated & implemented the TPM activities at SFL plant in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. SFL won the TPM Excellence Award during this period.
⮚ At Saint Gobain, MK was Head of Manufacturing with the dual role of being the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) implementation responsibilities across locations. MK is trained in WCM methodologies under international consultancy EFESO from France. MK coordinated & implemented the 7-Step Methodology of WCM across various Saint-Gobain locations under the guidance of EFESO.
⮚ At Grindwell Norton, MK was trained under the CII-EXIM BUSINESS EXCELLENCE award criteria by the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII). This award is popularly known as the “CII-EXIM bank Award for Business Excellence”.
