The Micro-Expressions & Body Language for Emotional Intelligence, training is designed to strengthen participants’ ability to understand what is communicated beyond words. Participants explore the five core channels of psychological communication and learn how micro-expressions and body language reveal authentic emotional responses. By linking these non-verbal signals with key Emotional Intelligence competencies—such as empathy and emotional awareness—the training helps participants communicate with greater clarity, credibility, and impact.
Through real-life professional examples, participants examine how body language and micro-expressions can be used in critical moments such as customer interactions, sales conversations, job interviews, performance evaluations, and high-stakes meetings.
