Program Overview:

The word Power is used very quickly, and many of us need clarification on its content. You can receive the power and understand it as “Ownership and possession of control, authority” or “Influence over others.” At the same time, the other side of the power is the “Ability to get or produce an effect, to lead from inside.” That’s what we call Authentic Leadership. This program is based on developing emotionally intelligent managers with strong personal and professional competencies. Empowered within the company’s Vision and aligned with corporate Values, they can become strong team leaders and role models.

What You’ll Learn

More details about the “needs” will be discussed before the Training to design a tailor-made leadership program that matches the management team’s purpose, blending emotional intelligence and core competencies needed by managers. Quantitative and qualitative measurements will be defined and measured before the program starts and once more 6-9 months after the program ends. Results will be analyzed and reported with a Case Study.

  • Identifying Purpose: During times of change, the differentiator for success is putting “people” at the center of the change process, following the development of the six steps to reach the goal. The effective way to change an organization is to understand how people change. The purpose is to work with people on the fundamental human component of change operation at the emotional level.
  • Pre-Work: Participants get de-briefs on their SEI Leadership report in English & Competency Architecture report for their Leadership and Functional behaviors.
  • Training Days: The learning program blends theory and application. It will be delivered in a very interactive, practical, hands-on, and skill-building experience. This training program is designed in class or virtual sessions that offer activities focusing on performance areas. Typical projects include hands-on exercises and working on practical experiences from your company.
  • Growth: The engaging, empowering, and thought-provoking interactions leave participants with new perspectives and an increased commitment to the human side of emotional intelligence, key competencies, innovation/change, and communication/relationship building, leading to exceptional performance. They will reflect on their strengths and relationships as a vehicle for improving relationships, communication, and performance during times of change, challenges, and cultural differences.

MODULE 4: Adaptability and Decision-Making: Adaptability is crucial in today’s rapidly changing world. The SEI is a scientifically validated, practical measure of emotional intelligence with an action-oriented model that supports people in using and improving their EQ skills. Built on the Six Seconds Model of Emotional Intelligence, the SEI is unusual. Where other tools provide a diagnosis, SEI delivers a framework for action.
