This program is based on developing emotionally intelligent managers with strong personal and professional competencies. Empowered within the company’s Vision and aligned with corporate Values, they can become strong team leaders and role models.
More details about the “needs” will be discussed before the Training to design a tailor-made leadership program that matches the management team’s purpose, blending emotional intelligence and core competencies needed by managers. Quantitative and qualitative measurements will be defined and measured before the program starts and once more 6-9 months after the program ends. Results will be analyzed and reported with a Case Study.

MODULE 4: Adaptability and Decision-Making: Adaptability is crucial in today’s rapidly changing world. MODULE 7: Conflict Resolution and Prevention: Conflicts are inevitable in any workplace.
