GAIETY IWASAWA

EQAC, EQPC, EQ EDUCATOR, CCI, CCF, AND CCS COACH FROM SIX SECONDS

Gaiety has made a remarkable contribution to the field of education and classroom management. In her role as a principal, coordinator, and team leader she took on various responsibilities to ensure the success of the school. However, she always prioritized instructional leadership as she believed it was essential to improve teaching and learning. She also worked diligently to involve parents in their child’s education, which proved to have a positive impact on student learning outcomes. She strongly emphasized professional development for teachers and made sure they were accountable for their performance. Teamwork and collaboration were crucial in identifying and addressing any issues related to teaching and learning. Additionally, she believed in promoting positive values such as respect, honesty, hard work, self-discipline, fairness, and caring. She organized sessions where students worked in small groups to enhance their learning experience.

She has clearly accomplished exceptional work with her students in educating them about Self Science, emotional intelligence and social-emotional learning. Individuals must comprehend their inner selves and learn how to manage their emotions to lead satisfying lives. It is impressive to witness someone so enthusiastic about aiding others in developing these crucial skills. ( I am not sure if I should use this or the one at the bottom)

The educator has demonstrated outstanding success in teaching her students about emotional intelligence and social-emotional learning by introducing Self Science. Understanding oneself and managing emotions is vital for leading a fulfilling life. Her passion for helping students develop these essential skills is truly inspiring.

Certifications, including EQAC, EQPC, EQ Educator, CCI, CCF, and CCS Coach from Six Seconds have successfully been utilized in her expertise of professional and personal development, with a particular focus on training and coaching for teamwork, leadership, performance management, stress, and communication. She has effectively applied emotional intelligence and has successfully used the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment SEI. YV pYV

Recently, the EQ Studio project is on its way, and what she has created is both fascinating and promising she is confident it will be an invaluable aid to many individuals in managing their emotions effectively.

Business Highlights
● Played leadership as a principal both instructional leader and manager of the school. While both these roles were important, paid particular attention to instructional leadership. This is what drove continual improvement in teaching and learning throughout the school.
● Led Parental involvement in the school. This has shown that students learn better when their parents take a close interest in their schooling and form partnerships with teachers. Parents can also help with various school activities. Alumni and the wider community can also offer assistance in many ways.

I believe that emotional intelligence is crucial in the field of education. It enables students to analyze situations more effectively, stay calm and think critically in challenging situations, and improve their problem-solving skills. With emotional intelligence, students can better understand how their emotions impact their decision-making abilities, enabling them to make better choices and ultimately succeed in their studies and beyond. Overall, emotional intelligence is an essential tool for students to develop, and it can make a significant difference in their academic and personal lives.
