In her role as a principal, coordinator, and team leader she took on various responsibilities to ensure the success of the school. However, she always prioritized instructional leadership as she believed it was essential to improve teaching and learning. She also worked diligently to involve parents in their child’s education, which proved to have a positive impact on student learning outcomes. She strongly emphasized professional development for teachers and made sure they were accountable for their performance. Teamwork and collaboration were crucial in identifying and addressing any issues related to teaching and learning. Additionally, she believed in promoting positive values such as respect, honesty, hard work, self-discipline, fairness, and caring. She organized sessions where students worked in small groups to enhance their learning experience.
