Erdem Ercan is a trainer, consultant and coach with expertise in Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Organizational Development, Executive Coaching, and Teamwork & Collaboration. He is the founder of Hayat Ritmi and an expert trainer of CMOE, Six Seconds, Solutions Academy. He graduated from Adler Coaching School in 2013. With over 2,400 hours of coaching experience and a PCC & SP credential, he coaches senior executives and teams. He combines EQAP&EQAC& EQAT -Six Seconds and Body Language – Micro-expressions (ETAC&ESAC) expertise with 12 years of management and 12 years of entrepreneurial experience. He works with local and international companies with over 5,000 hours of Training, 1300 hours of Consulting and 50 hours of Speaking experience.

Together with John Leary Joyce, he created the ICF approved CCE certified Tango & Coaching training, which is a blend of his Tango experience of more than 20 years, with his Instructor and Coaching experience. As this training was highly appreciated by the participants, it took place in London and Budapest as well as Istanbul.
After graduating from Middle East Technical University, Department of Business Administration, he started as MT at Teba (1996-1997), then continue at Anadolu Efes Beverage Group (1998-2005) as National Key Account Manager and then Gilan Jewelery (2006-2009) as Coordinator form sales and after sales functions. Later, he founded the companies Dymra Gıda (2009-2012) and then A Coaching-Education-Consultancy Company (2013-…).
He is an expert trainer of 3 global organization, one of them is the worlds first and the biggest Emotional Intelligence organization since 1997. The other one is a provider of learning, consulting, and organizational-research services for thousands of leaders and employees in organizations worldwide since 1978. He is an expert trainer of a worldwide coaching school and he also supports people to become a professional coach.
